Is there 24 hour support?

Absolutely. If something comes up, we’ve got trained staff on call 24/7, seven days a week. You’re never left hanging.

Can you deliver?

Sure can. We offer delivery and pickup on all equipment. Just chat to us in store or give us a call and we’ll get it to you.

Can you supply an operator (Wet hire)?

You bet. If you need an operator with the machine, we can line that up for you. Just chat to us in store or give us a call.

Are you open weekends?

Sure are. We never rest.

Are you open public holidays?

We’re open most public holidays. And even when things are quieter, our 24/7 support is still running.

How do I pay?

We take payment upfront at the start of the hire, including any fees, unless you’ve got an approved account with us.

You can pay by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) in store or over the phone. Bank transfer? We can work that out too.

Do I need a deposit to book?

Most of the time, no deposit needed. Nice and easy.

Do I need to clean the equipment before bringing it back?

We service and clean every machine when it comes back, we like to keep our gear in top shape.

If it comes back absolutely caked in mud, paint, or who-knows-what, we may need to charge a cleaning fee. Fair’s fair.

Do I need to refuel it?

Ideally, yeah. Bring it back with fuel if you can. If you’re flat out and can’t, no stress, we’ll refuel it for you. Just keep in mind it’ll be charged at a higher rate than the local servo.
